Halls, And Barracks?

So the Barracks increases the number of members to the clan and I guess the cost of stuff in the dojo???

 

and the hall apparently increases size of said dojo... does adding grand hall, or grandest hall increase the cost of stuff in the dojo too, or does it just increase the size of dojo?

Halls increse capacity wich is a "rescourse" rooms use, energy is also a "rescourse" for rooms.

 

Baracks increase the size limit of your clan AND the costs to build stuff as once buildt the clan now counts as the new tier.

not sure if that even answered question... so yes, or no Halls will cause the price of rooms, and decorations to be more expensive?
