Progress loss when you switch between DX11-10

I just had huge fps drops and loading issues(started after the event patch Operation: Buried Debts), like running low settings got 80-90 fps but it drops to 20-30 suddenly and  then goes back up a little and drops again. It is really annoying and then saw on internet that it may solve the problem if you switch to DX10 and just had to try. Did switched and waited for the update and after when i logged in my last 1 hour or so gameplay was gone like i mean i did eso and capped my focus and leveled up my kohmak (0-30) then it was unranked after i came back and needed to cap my focus again. Dont know if i lost anything else.
