lag,fps drop,say no to squad

when i started this game it was running great.i have 4 gb ram so.after 100 hours of play,now when this last update came ,that spoiled everything.can't connect any squad at fortuna and cetus.and now even at basic missions.my average fps is 67 or 78.but when i reach buggy fortuna it goes 8-14 fps.at cetus it is nice 18-27 fps(but i can play here in cetus in solo mode).now at reguralar interval of time,lets say after every 7 min i have fps drop of 67 to 13 frames for atleast 4 min.this sucks.i am mr 9.and want to go further.but this game doesn't want me to do it.Every time i join squad,it says connection to the host has been lost.so every time i have to play it solo.so DE plz answer me how can i do any new missions like profit taker,burried debts,etc.i am frustated with this.and now leaving it!
