Synthesis Scanner Toggles When You Initiate a Finisher in Prowl

When you almost fully scan a target and then cut off the completion with a finisher, after finishing the finisher animation the Synthesis Scanner will be toggled as if you were holding down the fire button. Pressing the fire key fixes it. Was able to repeat the bug consistently with both Corpus and Grineer units when using Prowl as Ivara and they were sleep arrow'd.
