Im nowhere but everywhere?

Sometimes in my missions, i get locked in rooms because doors wont open (And it isn't lag since even with laggy hosts, doors eventually open and enemies die immediately). And just recently, in my 3rd sortie, i couldn't move at all. I could see my teammates using their abilities but i couldn't move from spawn, being stuck in an endless loop if skipping the cinematic for Vey Hek.
