Nora Night causing loss in frame rate

This issue has been happening since the beginning of Nightwave but has been very subtle but as each new episode i've been noticing every time she appears to say the repeating quotes my computer can't handle it and it drops to 10-30 frames whenever she appears of just completing a mission or capturing the Wolves. My computer is not the best for gaming but even with the settings i have it can run Warframe 50-60 frames no problem but for some reason only Nora just makes it have a hard time making it drop so much for some unknown reason. it's probably just my potato of a computer but has anyone else noticed this?
