Little critical damage

My full critical build on my Dread with 125% crit chance and a 5.6 multiplayer is only hitting for 4,000 damage reliably yet my friend with a lower multiplier is hitting harder than me. I don't understand how this is even possible but it is and I don't have any dragon key on or nothing. I spend money on your game and for me to be going through this is very unfair. I demand that I get a response and a fix for this because it's truly absurd.

I can think of a few possible issues:

 

1st: are you comparing against the same enemies? Heavy enemies & Grineer have armor, which can reduce damage done quite a bit, especially at higher levels.

Also, different factions are weak and strong against different damage types. Physical types have relatively small modifiers (+/-25%), and complex elements can be as large as +/-75%.

 

2nd: Weakpoint-crits usually do 4 times as much damage as body crits. Weak points (usually heads, or batteries on robots) have a 2x or 3x  damage multiplier, everything should have an additional 2x headcrit multiplier.

 

Last: Other than Point Strike/Vital sense, what mods do you have on it? Dread is a great critty weapon, but that doesn't mean crit mods are the be all, end all. Serration (base damage) & elemental bonuses can contribute a lot. For a generic build, electric & toxin (to make corrosive damage) works well on pretty much everything except shields.
