My entire monitor seemed to have just, gone black.

So, as the title says, was playing the game, as I was in my ship, talking to friends on steam, my entire monitor, not the game, the ENTIRE monitor, went black, as if it turned off the moment Lotus was talking to me, after she finished talking, the monitor turned back on.

 

I can always see my taskbar and start menu on my monitor when gaming, but in this instance, I couldn't.
