windows cant focus on warframe

After i changed some controls in-game yesterday, my mouse didn't worked anymore and couldn't click on anything (i could still move the cursor but that's it). After some try (restarting my pc, reinstalling the game, change back my setting using a controller), the mouse still does nothing. It seems to be a windows bug where the os manage to focus on the warframe tab, but not on the game itself (the tab stay gray like it's in background instead of being blue when it's focused).

I dont know how to resolve it and playing with a controller is really hard (for me). If someone who had the same bug could tell me how he resolved it, it'd save me
