Nano manipulator would be a frame that uses rapidly self-building nanites to assist your team and harm your enemies. 1- Deploy a stream of nanobots that deposit their energy in your allies warframes.(restore energy to teammates) 2- Bots form a shield around you- restore your shields. 3- Small AOE around you, you become covered in a cloud of nanites that harm any enemies that come near you. Reduced incoming damage, high outgoing damage. 4- Ultimate- Nanobots fill a victim, and keep his form once he is killed. Essentially you get a bonus squad member made from nanites, should be very high cost obviously. I thought about connecting 2 and 3, but I think keeping these separate would balance the damage of ability #3, because it should be pretty high, as we don't have many melee frames right now.
