Random ability activation delay.

Ever since the hotfix that broke stealth abilities and bugged invisibility after transference, I've been experiencing random delay in the cast of abilities, it isn't lag as weapon kills and movement works just fine without delays, but just press the button and the ability won't activate, and can be any of the 4 abilities of warframes, most noticeably in my case when using Maim with Equinox Day form and it has put me in complicated situations, I just wonder if anybody else has experienced the same.
