Missing Pictures UI and Infinite Loading back to Orbiter

Often pictures from the UI and Mission Summary disappear. I have noticed that this can happen if Warframe is ever minimized from Fullscreen. Windows 10

Other UI elements that disappear, for example, would be Scarab Swarm % Icon when in a match. Edit: Also in the image below, I am stuck in an infinite loading screen. You can hear the Nightwave radio in the background and Ordis communications as if you have loaded, but the mission summary screen never goes away without Alt+F4. I have also tried reinstalling the game and verifying Cache without success.
