Daman Prime Sugatra Is still stiff

It's been about a year now but here's hoping that it finally gets fixed and reverted to its original state soon. The connection between the Daman prime sugatra and the melee weapon is stiff and makes the ribbon fold and move really weird. The connection used to allow the metal part to move freely. Even the connection between the weapon and the sugatra is depicted like how it used to be (not stiff) in the promotional material for the recent Loki & Volt prime Unvaulting (It just feels like what we purchased was not what was advertised).

Yup really ruins the sugatra for me. I bought it but don't use it at all because of it being stiff. Let's hope the don't ignore such and easy fix especially since it's something that cost money.
