Valkyr Warcry + Melee Speed Riven Breaks Character

Melee weapon is Halikar with Riven mod below and Beserker boosting melee speed. While using Valkyr with Warcry, Valkyrs animations will break due to the excessive attack speed and she will no longer deal any damage to enemy AI. This problem has been recreated several times and it is still the same. Im not sure if there is an attack speed limit on warframes but this mod definitely reaches it.
