Falling teleporting in to nothing in onslaught

I was in a kuva tile in onslaught on round 7 and before I went to the conduit I used my operator to go near it and tp back to my frame and went in to the conduit.

When I went in to the conduit it made the normal animation and then it teleported me to all over the map I was. After the teleporting animation ended I ended up in the same kuva room I was and it vanished when the conduit timer ended. At the end I kept falling indefinitely and /unstuck didn't help.
