Ayatan Amber Stars not processing

I've been completing missions and obtaining amber stars but for a while now I've noticed them not actually being added to my inventory. I haven't had any to put into sculptures for a few weeks now and as an example, during the wolf hunt event, I obtained at least one amber star but it didn't come to my inventory, as if it didn't happen. Not sure if anyone else has had this bug but would like to know if there is any way to fix it so I can earn amber stars again and continue filling my sculptures.
