ParadoxFox Posted May 25, 2019 Share Posted May 25, 2019 Just found that the fulmin's semi auto fire one shot kills don't activate the breach surge sparks at all. I have images and a chart of more testing I did, seems one shot kills mess with the chance of the sparks to proc. The images and chart will be posted here.
