Video Freezes (Only After Jovian Concord Update)

Since the Jovian Concord update, the game will randomly freeze during missions/open worlds. I've had it happen to me four times since the update, three times in Disruption (the new mission type), and once in the Orb Vallis while mining, so I think it's random. Audio still plays real time in the background and I can hear the audio of my own actions (for example, shooting my weapon) in real time, so it's only the video freezing. The only way I've been able to fix it is by pressing Alt + F4 and then re-opening Warframe.

I run Warframe in fullscreen (1980 x 1080, 60Hz) on medium/low graphic settings, and the only thing I have open while playing is Discord. I've never crashed/frozen prior to the Jovian Concord update.

I'm having the exact same issue. The game is pretty much unplayable after the update.
