Index: Endurance froze after host migration

So, I was playing Index: Endurance (low risk) on Gas Works, and we were about to finish the game, when someone's connection went bad and a host migration happened. Afterwards, instead of continuing or restarting the match, or even putting me back in my orbiter, I got stuck with the Gas Works intro screen for maybe 15 minutes, before I shut the game down manually. When I logged in again, I was back at my orbiter, without the credits I'd wagered.

The same thing happened to me today.  You can still hear the music playing.  Immediately after it happened, i had red markers on the side of my screen like I was being shot, then nothing except the into screen displaying the turn in portal and the music.  I waited for 20 minutes to see if the timer would expire, but it did not.  Can't open chat or pause menu.  Have to the close game.
