Long loading screens

After one of the Jovian concord hot fixes, the game will occasionally freeze for 5 to 15 seconds in orb vallis and plains of eidolon (and sometimes ESO) wich is followed by a white screen for another 5 to 15 seconds,followed by an extremely long loading screen that lasts anywhere between 30 seconds and an entire minute( This loading time may be normal for some players but my PC is in good health and this never happened before the jovian concord update).
