Silvia and Aegis (possible all shield and sword) Blocking issue

So here I was, wanting to try the amalgam javlok mod with Javlok and Silvia & Aegis (non-prime). I go into melee mode and without doing anything and looking at the enemies, I expect the shield to auto block, but nope; no auto blocking is happening here. My warfame is just "meh, I don't feel like to block at all"

I haven't tried with other shields as of this post, but so far; it has only happen with Silvia and Aegis.

Edit: It seemed to work when in simulacrum (Which makes me believe that this is a sync issue as it seem to work when I'm the host)

Edit 2: Can confirm that this bug appear on other shields and when I'm not the host.
