War has been dim since the POE remaster

Since around the time of the POE remaster, several people I know with War have lights so dim they're almost unnoticeable. Only way to see them is to channel 24/7
Still stays dim regardless of colour, Warframe they're equipped on, visible when holstered etc. Been through all the settings, effect intensity did nothing, reloading the game hasn't worked obviously because it's been like this since April. War's whole thing is that it's a glowing holographic greatsword but for us it is currently a skeletal stick that goes vrroosh when you swing it.
