"Update failed" Cannot use Android app

I've tried reinstalling the app after clearing the cache didn't solve it.
Always get the message "some files may not have downloaded or are missing. Would you like to download them again?", with a retry and cancel buttons. Retrying does nothing, but the app is barely usable if I cancel.

Using the latest version in the Play store. Help!

Hi guys!

We just put out update 4.3.11.2 which may fix this error.  We believe it is related to the language of your device. You would receive this error if your device language was NOT set to English.

I'm not sure why setting Chrome as your default browser would fix the issue. The app should work regardless of what your default browser is.

If the error persists, please let us know and provide as many details as possible.

The update fixed the issue for me (German language on Android 7.1.1).

Seems you figured it out, using Portuguese here, and it's working fine now.
