Surenakitten Posted July 5, 2019 Share Posted July 5, 2019 Hi i have a friend DanteRyuka who sent in support tickets but has not been responded to in a month maybe more by now. since one of the patches around that time he had 1908 platinum after the patch he had -1908 platinum and was locked out of his account. he has also checked his bank and non of his payments have bounced. its to much of a coincidence that the negative balance is exactly what he had in the positive and that it doesn't match with any of the platinum options available for purchase. so if some one can fix this asap or get a support member to look in to it would be appreciated. This happened right after the patch, I try to get on daily and the plat I had was plat I have had for a very long while, and it was plat I bought through a percent off of plat I got. The only thing I want is just to get on because it is tennocon and I been waiting for this sense it was announced.
