Remember that $20 DLC they released during Hype Train that said you would get 1 out of 25 possible "cosmetic items that won't affect gameplay"? Well, they finally gave people the reward: a $20 chest that gives you one random skin out of 25 possible skins that are of varying conditioning that give stats such as INCREASED XP AND MONEY FROM HEISTS.. AND IT STACKS, and 7 random DLCs that chances are everyone who bought the COP already has. Oh yeah and the skins look like sht anyways. They make the non-COP skins actually like good in comparison.
