Reliant213
Modding tools. Official modding tools from Bethesda. The official Fallout modding tool. I've literally never heard of this. Not even from my brother.
(PSN)Pharen
Isn't GECK highly limited though? which is why most modders wont support it.

Reliant213
Really? It's been around since at least Fallout 3... Not a word about it. Never even seen it about the interwebs. I can't say anything about the Nexus, as I haven't modded FO:NV yet. I have modded 4, though.
Utarious
Isn't GECK highly limited though? which is why most modders wont support it. GECK is needed for quite a bit of the simple stuff. Cleaning ESM's and ESP's and whatnot IIRC, putting weapons and armors into the game world and whatnot. It's actually not as limited as people think either, it's just a bit weird to use at first. Really? It's been around since at least Fallout 3... Technically it's just the Creation Kit from Oblivion, just labeled something else and with Fallout assets. I'm pretty sure there was an issue with fallout 4's version of GECK, something about it being less powerful than the earlier versions, but I can't seem to find the article right now. Reliant213
I'm likely not gonna mod 4 until I'm done with it. I just slapped in that dialogue thing. It's for making mods, not really installing mods. I know. I haven't seen it credited, though. Edited November 30, 2015 by Reliant213

(PSN)Pharen
Yeah, I do. Fallout 4's version of the GECK hasn't been released yet. I'm aware of that, it was an article I read when i was still looking into fallout 4 after the reveal trailer caught my interest.

Reliant213
Huh. Turns out FO4's story is mediocre, Here's hoping the DLC will give me more to do.

Reliant213
Did you expect anything else from Bethesda? At least NV and Skyrim had something more than killing ghouls, super mutants, and raiders. Which, so far, is my main complaint about the game. I'd love to see NCR and Legion come back some way in a DLC

Honestly if it's anything like Fallout 3's DLC, I'm not interested. NV DLC was awesome.
