The Syndicate Representative says one single sentance to you at the beginning of the mission, and then it reverts back to the Lotus. DE didn't even make any special rescue hostages, it's just the same old Bondage Bob. You'd think there would have been a bit more work put into that. I got something around 1500 from Cerebus, Pluto Interception to the 4th message (with only a melee equipped so the affinity goes to my frame, thus more rep) so that can be an alternative.
