No man of natural size would be able to fire a Vulcan minigun as the recoil would almost instantly shatter all the bones in your arms, and tear all of the muscles in your arms. Since the Minigun fires 4 rounds every .1 seconds, this would mean that he fires 480 rounds in 12 seconds; putting the value of the bullets at over $800 apiece.
