I recently started playing Star Wars- The Old Republic. Between last saturday and sunday I played for 30 hours. Between yesterday and today I've played for 27. Kasumi- Posted September 6, 2015 Share Posted September 6, 2015 Good to hear it. How is that game, by the way? I usually don't find MMOs to be entertaining for more than a few hours. And sometimes minutes. That being said, it's amazing. Started as a free-2-play player and had to deal with the restrictions on XP and whatnot (f2p people get lowered XP past level 20, level cap of 50 (but that's just because subscribers get the expansions which just so happen to raise the level cap) (f2p players also have a limit on the amount of credits they can hold but it's not that big a problem) Leveling was slow but the game was far from boring. But that's probably just because I love Star Wars. I was focusing less on the restrictions of being free-2-play and more on the story. I recently subscribed to the game and had the restrictions removed. Now the game is even more fun because I'm not worrying at all about restrictions. tl;dr even for free2play people it's great if you're really into star wars Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
