Stats: Attack Speed: 1 45 Electrical dmg 10% crit chance, multiplier is 2.0x 35.0% Proc, with the 3 dual stats it'll be up to 98% Slam:45, Slide:96, Wall:180 Channel cost: 5 I've heard of tales speaking of it's OPness with blast procs.
