Charged Melee resposiveness issues

I keep running into the exact same issue which involves charged melee attack combos, whenever boosted by a high power strength volt, or any potent melee attack speed boost of any source, it keeps causing charged attack responsiveness issues, where you may get off a combo or two, then the game will ignore your input and leave you doing nothing for a couple seconds while trying to continue the combo, or for your warframe to ONLY melee and not do a charged attack at all. it's not a hardware responsiveness issue, as i use a standard mechanical keyboard which when doing other things, it responds on a dime.
