Crashing right before game fully loads after clicking "Play"

This is pretty much tied in with my inquery regarding Texture Memory Size, but after having tested the game again, I still have the game crash on me hard (GPU will suddenly fail, followed by my PC rebooting without any display output). I have already disabled any potential conflicts such as increased power limit, and the crash still occurs despite everything being run on stock.

 

Current specs:

  • Intel Core i7 6700k
  • AMD R9 Nano
  • 32GB DDR4 RAM
  • Radeon Software Version 19.7.1

Game is being run off Samsung 850 EVO 1TB SSD if it helps.

 

The game will oddly run fine with a fresh install, and might run again if game is played shortly thereafter, even after having changes display settings to run at appropriate resolution (1366x768, Max settings. Game still crashes afterwards even with Medium Texture Size.).
