Relic UI glitch makes refining impossible, until you exit the screen

HI,

I have found a strange glitch where for some reason when a relic is refined it may be placed on the wrong side of the unrefined relic, so that if you try to ever select it for further refining, it will always be covered by the duplicate hover description.
