Loss of control for Controller's Right Stick

I will lose control of the right stick after casting an ability, switching between guns to melee and aiming down sights. The stick does not respond in any way and I have checked using HTML5 Gamepad Tester that it is still working, the game just doesn't seem to respond to it. That is until I move my connected mouse, for whatever reason that will enable the right stick again. However as you can imagine given the nature of the game, not being able to look around after switching weapons or casting an ability without sliding my mouse around is painful to play. I hope this is enough information so that this issue can be fixed soon^tm.
