Wisp motes stacking

Wisps motes are now stacking as buffs. If you let any of her motes, be it haste, shock, or vitality, fade and reenter the zone of her motes, you will receive an exponentially larger buff. It has gone upwards of giving my character 5 thousand health (saryn with maxed vitality, typically with 925 health), by the end of an hour long endurance run with a single wisp in the team only placing one vitality mote per location. I'm not aware if this is supposed to be part of her kit, but was just wondering if it is indeed a bug or just an awesome part of her kit, because it really helps with scaling enemies late game. I'd keep it in game
