Just wanna know when i unlock regional chat and recruiting chat because it says i dont yet have the qualification fo use them how do i get that? There is no qualification to use Region and Recruiting. Check your settings in Options and ensure that they are turned on. If the issue persists, then you may need to put in a support ticket.
