Open World Only Lag

Hello Warframe Community,

I am having a problem with lag in open world missions (Plains, and Fortuna). I never had any lag in the Plains until the Fortuna update happened. When this update came out I got huge frame drops in Fortua and the Plains. I had 60 but now it is down to 30-50.

I do not have a low end device.

My Specs:

Intel i-5

GTX 1050 Ti 4GB

12 GB DDR4 Ram

So not sure why this all started happening after Fortuna update. I though it was just a problem that would be fixed after a few updates but it is still there.

 

What I tried:

-Closing any auto game optimizers such as Razer Cortex

-Re-installing Warframe

I was almost certain that reinstalling Warfame would fix it but no.

Any ideas? I really hope this gets fixed because I can not really play open world at all with this kind of FPS.
