Help, I am not able to expel some one is invited to my clan, and he has joined another clan. NOT JUST AN DISPLAY ERROR

Help, I am not able to expel some one is invited to my clan, and he has joined another clan. I am the owner of a clan. Before two years, I invited someone join my clan, he did not accept my invitation and has joined another clan, which is fine. However, he is stuck on the pending list of my clan and occupy one position forever, not just a display error! Can someone help me out of this problem? Please check the pictures I post.
