The map tells me my objectivce is beyond a locked door. as i saw in game some ppl really dont know how the map system work, so it could have been possible (sometimes objective are just buged too) maybe in your case the map trickin you and the gate is at another floor but same coordonate on mini map so yu have to take another way.. Oh yea, and there is this. Map may be ambiguous and be telling you to go somewhere but meant for you to go under or take an elevator or something.
