Please fix this warframe No one is going to send you a PS message. What is your MR XP? Have you attempted the test and failed (there's a 24 hour cool-down on attempting tests)? Have you tried in a Relay and in your orbiter? If you can take a screenshot of your MR XP in your profile and you're certain that you have enough XP for the MR 7 test, then I would send that to support along with whatever other screenshots you can take that show you are not being given the option to rank up.
