Hit box issues

The Hirudo weapon is having issues with making contact with targets, while testing it in the simulacrum I was attacking the target (the combo counter was counting up) but no damage was actually being done. This occurred more frequently on stationary targets but I still had multiple situations where it also occurred during normal missions. 

 

P.s: My friend was also testing out a build on the distreza and ran into the same situation. It seems added range helps but doesn’t completely erase the occurrence.
