Mission Summary Scroll bug

This has been a bug (?) ever since the Switch port first came out, but upon completing a mission and getting to the screen with the Landing Craft flying through space, it is impossible to scroll the menus for mission rewards/player info/etc. The cursor disappears completely, and since you need the cursor to be on something to scroll it, you can't actually see all the on-screen info at the time you'd most naturally want to look at it. (Note that the menus that show up in extraction and in your Orbiter work just fine)

Is this intentional? It seems bizarre that no one at DE playing on the Switch version has ever tried to scroll any menu on that screen for nearly a year...
