Super Lag (Host Migration possible) when Ally Kuva Lich appears. Why not make them a consumable spectre?

Everytime an Ally Kuva Lich appears in the game, everything suddenly gets lag. Worse, 90% of the time includes Host Migration (although no one in the team is removed)

 

However, there is this one bug after Host Migration where players are stuck falling down from the map endlessly. Why not making a spectre instead?
