Random Mouse Acceleration

When I melee attack the mouse cursor does 360's multiple times or just veers off by itself by several degrees in a random direction (my melee button is the forward side mouse button) and when I press back with my mouse button in a menu the cursor snaps to a random selection box or empty space, tried updating the mouse driver but still persists.

Near the end it goes mental.

One thing I've noticed is that it doesn't manifest I just opened the game and only happens a few minutes into playing the game.
