Lychnus: Light warframe (brother of Tenebris)

Lychnus is a powerful ally on the battlefield with powers to cause massive devastation to his foes during the day and in light but never rely on him too much in the dark or it can be a fatal mistake.

Stats:

Health: 150 (450at rank 30)

Shield: 75 (225 at rank 30)

Armor: 100

Energy: 150 (225 at rank 30) energy recharges 1 energy for every second when light is shone on him or he stands close to a lit area.

Sprint Speed: 1.3

Abilities:

Passive ability: Bright Walk: When Lychnus enters a bright area or is close to a light source he forces the light through or around him making him more difficult to detect (near the point of invisibility) but only when standing, moving, crouching or stealth killing. If he shoots with his weapons or just normal attacks his Bright Walk will deactivate. When in a dark area or standing in a shadow Lychnus' stats will decrease by -25%, while in a bright area or close to a light source all his stats will increase by +30%.

Side note: If one of the squad members uses Tenebris, Lychnus' twin brother, the negative effects of being in darkness and being in shadows will be negated but the positive effects of light is still there.

1st ability: Light Bomb: Lychnus blows up light around 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 enemies that are aimed at causing blindness, small probability of knockdown and does 150 / 250 / 300 / 375 damage. Range 7.5 / 15 / 20 / 25 meters and casting takes 0.30 seconds.

2nd ability: Photon Step: Lychnus transforms into light, (if in a dark area or standing on a shadow he will bright up the area around him giving him a higher chance to be detected), then dashes behind the targeted enemy's back allowing for a stealth attack on that enemy. Range 10 / 15 / 20 / 30 meters. Casting speed 0.50 seconds.

3rd ability: Light Beam: Lychnus un-equips currently used weapon then concentraits light into his palm to then fire a 1.5 meter wide beam of light doing 50 / 75 / 100 / 150 damage for every 0.5 seconds the enemies are hit. Toggled ability, costs 25 energy and takes 2 energy per second when in use. With the augment mod, Electromagnetic Shield, Lychnus also creates a medium sized carried shield to protect him when he fires his beam due to the ability causing him to power walk instead of running like normal.

4th/ultimate ability: Starlight Dome: Lychnus throws out an orb of light which, when it has landed on the ground, expands into a massive dome, dome size 30 / 35 / 45 / 60 meters, if an enemy is hit by the dome while it expands, expansion speed is 10 / 12.5 / 15 / 20 m/s, the enemy takes 250 / 300 / 375 / 500 damage and inside the dome the area is lit up which of course activates Bright Walk for Lychnus. The enemy has a 30% chance to become blinded every 3 seconds they stay in the dome, enemies also take 60 DpS while they are in the dome. Starlight Dome lasts for 15 / 20 / 25 / 35 seconds. Using the ability a second time while it's active will increase it's damage output by x2 but it also removes -25% of the remaining time.
