Edit: Nevermind! -.- just read wiki more thoroughly and it's working exactly how it was intended. 90 more health than base health. Extreme let down since my health is 300 at level 30 and instead of it being 90% more than 300, it continues to calculate 90% of level 1 base health of 100.
