The blink cooldown is pointless, and fails to achive it's intended purpose

That was more because of the way it was moving than it's actual speed, one she started blinking she easily passed it. An Amesha that almost certainly didn't have hyperion thrusters is also a lot slower than an Itzal that does.

 

I can see the railjack potentially being faster than archwings with speed mods/maneuvers but it isn't going to be the best thing to use when you are starting out.
