Boar Prime Affinity Bug?

So I managed to get ahold of the Boar Prime, and have noticed it does not seem to gain affinity (or extra affinity), from dropped affinity orbs, other players and even the Affinity booster.

This is quite frustrating for leveling it up, as it gains affinity extreamly slowly compaired to most weapons, despite it being able to destroy groups of low level mobs in a short space of time.

Has any else experienced this problem as of yet?

This isn't particularly useful. They need to change that back to distribute it evenly through your gear, as things like Melee weapons are now more difficult to level up than before, as we HAVE to get the final hit in with that weapon to level it up.

Not Really an issue.  

 

go into a High Level Defense.  Kick &#!.  Come out the other end.

 

think I got about 200K XP on mine.

I have it and im doing like 20 def runs every day and getting one rank, idk what is it but its defenety leveling slow as hell compared to others
