In-game sensitivity goes crazy out of a sudden

basically what the title says. I closed warframe and left my desktop on when i went to grab dinner, and then when i came back, suddenly the ingame sensitivity went bonkers, i can literally do 360's effortlessly. That includes the UI Cursor sensitivity, and what kills me inside is that the UI Cursor's sensitivity slider in the Options doesn't change sh*t. Now i have to navigate through menus with a nitro boosted cursor, great...
