Grineer on my ship in drydock

After a successful string of mission (known bugs not included)  We returned back to dry dock to recuperate.

After restocking my ship of all its preflight goodies, I jumped back aboard and just when I was about to tell Sulu to engage the warp drive, I heard a peculiar sound, the sound of grineer.
Walking back part way through myship lo and behold there was a group of Grineer borders trying to destroy my ship!
I could not defend, I had no weapons, all I could do was stand and watch while they attacked my ship and me, and of course I was taking damage too.
